We believe that when leaders understand their archetype, develop their blind spots, and build teams with shared language and honest accountability, entire organizations shift. Mission advances. People stay. The next generation of leaders has someone investing in them before there is a crisis demanding it.

Mission Forgiveness Integration

Layering the Mission Forgiveness book and companion training course as add-on resources for organizations investing in whole-leader development, particularly for veteran-serving contexts.

FUTURE

Licensing and Train-the-Trainer

Scaling the assessment beyond direct delivery through a licensed debrief framework, enabling denominational networks, VSO regional chapters, and seminary programs to certify their own facilitators.
